You’ve decided it is time to take better care of yourself.

You want to lose a few pounds, eat more vegetables and less donuts, exercise more, and kick some other not-so-good habits (like smoking, maybe).

All of these changes are very important to you, but isn’t trying to work on too many things at once a bad idea?

A life overhaul would be overwhelming, and would set you up for failure, right?

Focusing on changing one thing at at time is probably more sensible and realistic.
