WTF News: Florida Woman Arrested Because She Refused to Stop Twerking on Her Car at 3 AM

You know freedom is dead when you can’t even twerk on top of your car blasting rap music at 3 am anymore! (Kidding.)

In all seriousness, this 35-year-old woman Danielle Lanae Jefferson was arrested and taken to the Alachua County Jail because she wouldn’t turn down her loud rap music and stop twerking on top of her car at three in the morning.

The cops showed up on the scene after someone called in a noise complaint. Jefferson was given 15 minutes to comply with police orders to, you know, stop twerking on top of her car and turn the music down and when she blatantly refused and began twerking again, she was written a citation. When asked to sign the ticket, she refused, crumpled it and threw it in the officer’s chest and twerked some more, so they slapped on a charge of resisting without violence and took her to jail.

Apparently she wasn’t smoking crack or even trying to get shot.

Maybe people have just lost their damn minds.

According to News6 Orlando, she told the officer she was just keeping him around to argue because he was cute.
