One professor has dared to speak out that a “little ice age” is headed our way due to a period of low solar activity that we puny humans cannot do anything about.
When Professor Valentina Zharkova at Northumbria University released her research on sunspot modeling with a conclusion that the sun’s slowing activity could put us smack dab in the middle of a mini ice age not seen on Earth since the 1600s, her climate change-supporting colleagues began attacking her work and some even called for it to be suppressed:
“They were trying to actually silence us,” Zharkova said. “Some of them contacted the Royal Astronomical Society, demanding, behind our back, that they withdraw our press release.”
Her model shows that solar activity will significantly lower over the next three solar cycles into the middle of the century, ending in a new mini ice age. That’s a sharp contrast from the boiling planet we’re all supposedly sitting on that’s dying from manmade global warming.
As expected, mainstream press has been mostly negative regarding Zharkova’s research. Headlines include denials like “There Probably Won’t Be A ‘Mini Ice Age’ in 15 Years” to accusations like “‘Little ice age’ headlines are misleading” and “News about an imminent ‘mini ice age’ is trending — but it’s not true” to flat out “The ‘mini ice age’ hoopla is a giant failure of science communication”.
If this new way of modeling the sun’s activity holds true, this could have huge implications for not just the planet, but for the elite’s Agenda 21 anthropomorphic climate change push that no one will buy into if they realize that the sun is ultimately in control of global temperatures here on Earth and nothing they personally do one way or another is going to change that.
“Whatever we do to the planet, if everything is done only by the sun, then the temperature should drop similar like it was in the Maunder Minimum,” she said.
