YouTube censors Candace Owens Testimony before House Judiciary Committee on Hate Crimes

According to a tweet by Prager U, YouTube has placed the Video of Candace Owens testifying before the House Judiciary Committee in restricted mode. It would appear that other sites are being allowed to place the video clip of her remarks on YouTube, Prager University is not.
