An American Eagle steward confronts angry passengers on-board the plane after they were delayed for some five hours. When passengers got upset about the delay, a fly attendant identifying himself as “Jose” advised them that they could leave the plane:
I don’t want to hear anything.
We will not hear anything once we close the door.
If you have balls, this is your time.
Otherwise, you’re gonna’to have to fly with Jose.
