United Nations Advances Agenda 21 Via The IPCC

Today the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the IPCC publishes it’s latest report. It will attempt to continue it’s ‘warming world’ theory.

It will mention words like hiatus and pause to explain the lack of warming since 1998. How do I know this? Well they do it every time so why should this time be different?

The problem is, this time it is different. Since 1998 there has been no warming, the climate has held steady but, as I have discussed previously, there are signs that this is about to change. There are signs the world is once again going into a natural cooling cycle.

So, who and what is the IPCC?

12 administrators make up the IPCC. They have an office in Geneva and support the volunteer scientists that work for the organization. In it’s own words the IPCC is there:

“to provide the world with a clear scientific view on the current state of knowledge in climate change and its potential environmental and socio-economic impacts”.

Born of two United Nations parents, the IPCC is the child of The World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Environment Program. So far it has issued four weighty reports on the current and future climate.

These reports are commissioned by the governments of 195 countries and form the basis for environment and climate policies that are then implemented in those countries.

The 12 full time staff that form the IPCC are all administrators with titles such as:

• Program Officer
• Legal and Liason Officer
• Office Assistant-travel and meetings
• Office Assistant-Outreach and web

The IPCC doesn’t commission any new science and never has. They do not check that the science behind the papers they review is correct.

The homepage of the IPCC website states quite openly:

The IPCC is a scientific body under the auspices of the United Nations (UN). It reviews and assesses the most recent scientific, technical and socio-economic information produced worldwide relevant to the understanding of climate change. It does not conduct any research nor does it monitor climate related data or parameters.

So, how does it work?

Well it’s quite simple really. Hundreds of authors go about their business producing their academic papers. Lead authors trawl through endless piles of these academic papers noting a relevant page, chapter or reference. Coordinating Lead Authors are each allocated a chapter or segment of the final report. They go through the info provided by the lead authors and compile their section.

The completed section then passes to the Review Editors who makes sure difficult or controversial issues are dealt with properly and that technical data is reproduced correctly from the original academic paper, though they do not check if the data is correct in itself, just that is reproduced correctly. This forms a draft report of that particular chapter.

Once they are satisfied an Expert Reviewer reads the draft report, adjusts it accordingly and the chapter or segment makes its way into the final report. You can read about the whole painfully drawn out process here.

It’s rather like a kidnapper cutting letters out of various newspapers to form a ransom note. If you have enough small snippets you can assemble them to say anything you like.

The IPCC is yet another United Nations paper exercise aimed at exercising control over the citizens of 195 nations around the globe. They review material that supports and  fits their vision of the future.

Climate change is a natural process, the world heats, the world cools, it’s a cycle that has happened since the world was formed and will continue until the world ends. Real science proves this. Ice core analysis conducted over many years has proven this time and time again.

Geology, data locked into the rocks that form the very fabric of the planet, proves that climate change, heating and cooling, is a cycle.

Recent studies of the link between solar activity and climate change fits hand in glove with the findings from other areas of science.

The IPCC is just another branch of the Eugenic United Nations. Constant tax rises to support the ‘green’ agenda is financially crippling populations around the globe, and financially crippled populations cannot survive and thrive as they should.

By continuing the fairy tale of global warming, the IPCC is knowingly condemning millions to death. They are not advising people of how to cope with the cooling cycle that has started and that could last for decades if history is anything to go by.

They continue with the charade that we are all going to fry unless we do as we are told. This is cherry-picked garbage.

This natural cycle of cooling will reduce the population of the planet massively…exactly in line with the depopulation ideals favored by the powers that be. Our reliance on electricity will, by necessity, increase as the Earth cools. There is no advice on how to deal with this, how to cope when the rolling outages begin, because the generators cannot keep up with the massive increase in demand a cooling planet will cause.

There is no sign of the population being told to stock up on food so that when crops are wiped out they do not starve.

There is no mention of alternate heat sources to stave off excessively cold winter temperatures.

No medical advice about how the blood thickens and heart attacks and strokes are more likely in cold weather. Nothing telling people how to avoid these issues.

There’s nothing, nothing at all. There will though, as usual, be pages and pages, hundreds of pages about how as individuals and nations we can slow down or even stop global warming.

So when the report is published it will continue to skate over the arguments made by the ‘deniers’. We will continue to be classed as the lunatic fringe, those people who have no sound knowledge of the intricacies of the dynamic Earth system.

The fact that the IPCC refuses to acknowledge the possibility that other scenarios exist regarding climate change is enough to convince me and many hundreds of thousands of others like me that the IPCC has a controlled agenda.

Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 has many guises, and the IPCC is just another one.

UPDATE: The report is published:

• Scientists 95% sure man is responsible for 95% of warming since 1950
• Urgent action must be taken to prevent future warming
• Warming is predicted to continue in all scenarios and computer models
• The 15 year pause is not long enough to decide that warming has ceased. They said:

“Trends based on short records are very sensitive to the beginning and end dates and do not in general reflect long-term climate trends,” the report says.

Prof Stocker, added: “I’m afraid there is not a lot of public literature that allows us to delve deeper at the required depth of this emerging scientific question.

“For example, there are not sufficient observations of the uptake of heat, particularly into the deep ocean, that would be one of the possible mechanisms to explain this warming hiatus.” (source)
