Shock: Liberal Icon Jane Fonda Knew About Harvey Weinstein Abuse For At Least A Year And Stayed Silent – Blames Trump

Liberal icon and “feminist” actress Jane Fonda admitted on Thursday that she was “ashamed” for not speaking out about Harvey Weinstein’s sexual abuse, despite knowing about it for at least a year.

Amazingly, directly after admitting that she essentially helped cover up Weinstein’s abuse, Fondo goes on to blame both “male entitlement” and Donald Trump himself for the actions of serial predator and Democratic super donor Harvey Weinstein. You truly can’t make this stuff up folks!

“I found out about Harvey about a year ago and I’m ashamed that I didn’t say anything right then, Fonda told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour who groveled over herself to back up Fonda.

“Why didn’t you, you are so brave?” Amanpour countered.

“I was not that bold,” Fonda continued. “Because, I guess, it didn’t happen to me and so I didn’t feel it was my place.”

There you have it folks. A feminist icon who is regularly celebrated by the mainstream media has openly admitted that she knew about sexual abuse and didn’t tell anyone because it “didn’t happen to her.”

Disgustingly, Fonda also tried to turn the fact that she stayed silent into the fault of conservatives, males in general, and of course President Donald Trump.

After telling Amanpour that the Weinstein allegations aren’t unique and that it was simply male entitlement, Fonda pivoted to attacking Trump while insinuating that Trump winning the presidency somehow contributed to Weinstein abusing women for dozens of years.

“I mean, Donald Trump, we have a man who was president who does these things, and what kind of a message does that say? Unfortunately, that counteracts a lot of the good that we’re doing, because a lot of men see, well, our president does it, and a lot of people see that he got elected even though he was an abuser, so, I’m just gonna go ahead and do what I want to do. It’s unacceptable, and we can’t ever forget that, and we have to stand up to them,” Fonda said.

A liberal feminist icon stays silent after she finds out about a big time Hollywood predator and its not her fault but rather it is all men’s fault, including the president.
