Russian Spaceship Progress Destroyed on Its Way to International Space Station, No One Knows Why

It is being reported that a Russian cargo spaceship called “Progress” was “lost” on its way to the ISS where it was set to deliver 2.6 tons of supplies.

“After the launch of the Soyuz-U launch vehicle along with the Progress MS-04 cargo spacecraft, telemetry connection was lost on the 383th second of flight,” Roscosmos said in a statement.
Most of the debris have broken and burned up in the atmosphere.
RT is reporting that a State Commission will be investigating what could have caused it.
