Congressman Ron Paul vehemently denied the view that President George Bush had anything to do with the attack of September 11, 2011. In an interview with ABC Paul was questioned about claims by am aide staffer that he is supports “truther movement” 9/11 conspiracy theory claims about the involvement of the CIA and former President Bush in a coordinated attack against the United States.

PAUL: Now, wait, wait, wait, wait. Don’t — don’t go any further on that. That’s complete nonsense.
TAPPER: It’s nonsense?
PAUL: Just stop that.
TAPPER: Not true?
PAUL: Yeah, no. I did not — I never bought into that stuff. I never talked about it.
TAPPER: OK.
PAUL: About the conspiracy of Bush — of Bush knowing about this? No, no, come on. Come on. Let’s be reasonable.
