Obama has a pen, phone, scepter and failed presidency

And We the People have lost six, working on eight, lost years of liberty-fueled pursuits of happiness.
Soon after his coronations in 1626 (as King of England and Ireland) and 1633 (Scotland), Charles I defied the Parliament of England claiming the “royal prerogative” under the “divine right of kings” to rule according to his conscience. In 1649 he was tried, convicted and beheaded for high treason.
Since Barack Hussein Obama II was inaugurated President of the United States in 2009, he has defied federal courts with deep water oil drilling moratoriums; defied Congress by ending welfare-work rules and granting amnesty to young illegal aliens; used the IRS against conservative Republicans as a political tool for Democrats; and repeatedly delayed mandates under and granted exemptions from Obamacare. Like King Charles I, after years of rule, President Obama finds himself unpopular, yet also un-humbled:
But one of the things I’ll be emphasizing in this meeting is that we are not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help that they need. I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone, and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure our kids are getting the best education possible, making sure that our businesses are getting the kind of support and help they need to grow and advance, to make sure that people are getting the skills that they need to get those jobs that our businesses are creating…
The Constitutional Rule of Law is dead in America, thanks to a brazen, lawless Chief Executive and a Democratic Party-controlled U.S. Senate that refuses to defend its institutional power, much less the rights of We the People that they were elected to serve. The elections of 2014 and 2016 can’t come too soon because voters also have pens and phones and the power to remove scepters from would be Democratic Party kings and their congressional royal court.
