Kansas County Democratic Party Co-Chair Arrested for Soliciting 14-yr-old Boy for Sex
Just goes to show the levels of disgusting corruption in politics, even at the small-town local level.
Robert Bulk, a 39-year-old middle school teacher in Atchison who also happens to be the co-chair of the Atchison County Democratic Party was caught soliciting a 14-year-old boy for sex on his cell phone. He’s been charged with electronic solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child.
Bulk has been placed on administrative leave from his teaching position of 17 years for the time being. It’s being reported that prior to teaching at the middle school, Bulk taught 4th and 5th grade at Atchison Elementary. Bulk has also been asked to step down as dem party co-chair until the matter is resolved, which he did.
Bulk is currently being held on $100,000 bond in the Atchison County Jail.
