A new technology dubbed an “incubator” by startup firm Blueseed will allow foreign entrepreneurs an opportunity to establish a beachhead in the United States without ever setting foot on U.S. soil.

The company’s new platform technology is designed to circumvent U.S. immigration law and regulatory climate by allowing business owners and their staffs to live, work and play while anchored just twelve miles off the coast of San Francisco (or any other coastal city).

Blueseed says that the high-tech visa-free entrepreneurship and technology incubators will make it convenient and easy for foreign business personnel to take a ferry to and from the U.S. whenever necessary, allowing them to establish relationships, ventures and funding with firms already operating in the United States.

Blueseed CEO Max Marty explains the concept in an interview with Fox News:
