This was a very eye-opening medical study because I am often the victim of insomnia or just don’t have the time to get 8 hours of sleep every night. Often times, if I get 5 hours, I’m lucky.

This study found that the cumulative damage of not getting sleep every night is the equivalent of binge drinking.
