Cantor Attempting to Kill Congressional Ban on Insider Trading

In an act of arrogance and malfeasance, Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) is attempting to kill the proposed ban on congressional insider trading.

He and his staff need to hear your wrath today!

Playing “Washington egomanicism” at its worst, Cantor is side railing a bill being pushed by Financial Services Committee Chairman Spencer Bachus (R-AL).

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, we need to overwhelm Cantor with calls. This is a “no-brainer” folks. Attempts to kill a ban on congressional insider trading is unacceptable.

Call all three of his offices. Be polite. Remember, DC offices are charged with blowing you off. If they attempt to discredit you because you are not a direct constituent, remind whoever you speak to that an abuse of power in one congressional district is an national offense.
