Bureau Of Indian Affairs Look To Quell Indian Uprising By Purchasing Over A Half Million Dollars In New Military Grade Hardware

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) out of  Albuquerque, NM has just awarded Goldbelt Wolf, LLC (located ironically on Cherokee Ave) in Alexandria, Virginia a large contract, totaling over $543,970 for military-grade hardware. The list is as follows:

In total, 440 pieces of firearms and 865 magazines for the 173 AR-15’s were purchased. This is on the heels of the recent purchase from A2Z Corp for 4,000 rounds of 5.56mm for the AR-15’s, 10,000 rounds for the Glock 22/23/27 handguns, and 500 rounds each of RSL12 Star Slug 1 oz and 12 Gauge RIO Royal Buckshot for the shotguns. Both of these shotgun rounds are overpriced and alternative should be sought.

And these will be the beginning of outrageous amounts of ammunition purchases by BIA.

Where does this leave the people of the Indian Nations? Right where the common citizen lies – between the cross hairs of the federal government. The solicitation lacks any form of justification, such as increased violence on BIA lands or on reservations. This is simple intimidation by a thug government.

Indian tribes were never brought within the US Constitution, and therefore the 2^nd Amendment does not apply to them. See Talton v. Mayes, 163 U.S. 376, 384 (1896).

The Federal Government is the law of the land for law enforcement on tribal lands, for the most part:

“Absent treaty provisions to the contrary, federal criminal laws of general applicability – though oftentimes contested in scope—apply in Indian country to all people just as they apply  elsewhere. The federal government also has jurisdiction over crimes committed in Indian country by a non-Indian against an Indian and over major crimes committed by an Indian, whether the victim is Indian or non-Indian. Non-major crimes committed by Indians—whether they are members of the prosecuting tribe or not – remain within the exclusive jurisdiction of tribal governments.”

Each tribe has their own laws for gun possession and concealed carrying.

If this government wants to repeat history and this Administration wants to require tribes to integrate (by force) minority groups onto tribal lands, they are asking for another Wounded Knee scenario.

And for the record – thug governments fall hard. Freedom has a way of kicking tyrants down. And we will all see this tyrant come crashing down soon, and by his own devices.
