Well, thank goodness for Mayor Bloomberg of New York City. Not only is he limiting the consumption of soda pop for the improved health and well-being of city residents; he is instituting a plan in hospitals called Latch On NYC, in order to improve the health of the tiniest New Yorkers, the babies of the Big Apple.
His new mandate will keep baby formula under lock and key at hospitals, requiring new mothers to ask for formula for their babies. He contends that he is not forcing women to breastfeed, but merely encouraging healthier choices with the regulation of formula, bottles and pacifiers.
Much like the sugary drink mandate, Bloomberg’s breastfeeding regulations make it more difficult for mothers to make the decision to use formula rather than breast milk for their babies. Breast feeding, while universally agreed to be the healthiest option in most cases, is not always viable or possible. It is a decision between the parents of the child and the health care professions. Does the feeding of every newborn in the city really require Mayor Bloomberg’s input?
The initiative, sponsored by UNICEF and the World Health Organization, suggests that hospitals “[h]ave a written breastfeeding policy that is routinely communicated to all health care staff” and “[g]ive no pacifiers of artificial nipples to breastfeeding infants.”
At the time of its report, the CDC noted that only 4 percent of hospitals had adopted at least nine out of 10 of the steps included in the initiative, and that 9 percent of hospitals had adopted two or fewer of the steps.
Breastfeeding experts said that in light of this dismal situation, the New York City plan is sorely needed — and they say such policies will not restrict mothers’ choices in feeding their infants.
“Locking the formula up and paying for it does NOT mean it won’t be available for mothers who choose to exclusively formula feed or for mothers who want to supplement or for medically necessary formula supplementation,” wrote Dr. Lori Feldman-Winter, a pediatrician at Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper in Camden, N.J. “It simply helps keep track of usage and cuts down on indiscriminate use.”
Feldman-Winter, who is a published researcher on the topic of infant formula use in hospitals, said closer monitoring of formula has been demonstrated to make a difference.
“We have shown that once the formula is kept in a locked cabinet (“locked up”) and used only when medically necessary, then the usage is cut in half, resulting in more infants exclusively breastfeeding, an outcome good for the infant, family and our society as a whole,” she said.

Sacramento International Airport is dropping the TSA and replacing all security screeners with private contractors after it was given approval to opt out of the TSA program.
The Airport will become the third largest in the country to ditch the TSA and hire private security. Only a few other airports have done so after Congress passed legislation earlier in the year, opening the door for the widely loathed federal agency to be marginalized from aviation security altogether.
Airport Director Hardy Acree told reporters that he believes private screeners can do a better job than federal employees. “I think there is going to be a higher level of customer service”, Acree said.
“It’s a win-win for everything has no bearing on security procedure or the processes the public has become accustomed to,” another Sacramento Airport official told CBS News.
Linda Beech Cutler added that the move “Makes us more flexible for staffing, for peak times and not being so staffed up for not so busy times”.
Passengers notified of the coming change approved, suggesting that they would feel safer with private security on hand.
Some 600 million people in India have been left without power after a cascading grid collapse brought the country to a veritable standstill early Tuesday morning. Demonstrating that power grids across the world are outdated and being hit with unprecedented peak demand, the next grid domino to fall is Pakistan.
Blackouts across the country have raged for weeks and are now affecting major population centers on a daily basis, leaving Pakistanis in living conditions so deplorable that they have taken to the streets in violent protest.
Coupled with hot and humid summer weather, the prolonged blackout has forced outraged citizens to take to the streets to protest the tough living conditions.
The protests turned violent as some of the angry protesters reportedly attacked offices of the power supply department in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, damaging official and private properties.
Offices of Pepco, the Pakistan Electric Power Company, were also attacked in Islamabad, Abbottabad, Charsadda, Okara, Multan, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, and Sheikhupura and many of them were reportedly set ablaze.
No loss of life was reported, but the roads were blocked till late night.
Reports indicate that in some areas people face 12 to 14 hours of rolling blackouts, while the rural residents suffer up to 18 hours of power outage.
On Friday, a powerful storm hit some of the country’s power plants, including one of Chashma Nuclear Power Plants and three other plants in Muzaffargarh, causing them to go fully or partly offline.
In the meantime, Information Minister Zamar Kaira deflected the blame for the angry protests, saying they have been caused by “political maneuvering of the PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League (N))” rather than the prolonged outages.
Pakistan’s lack of around 5,000 megawatts of electrical power has forced the government to implement a rolling blackout policy in a bid to prevent a total blackout.

The Ron Paul camp is now going up against the GOP establishment in the states of Maine, Louisiana and Massachusetts over the continuously confusing matter of delegates. When Republicans voted in those states’ primaries earlier this election season, presumptive nominee Mitt Romney managed to make out with most of the popular vote. Supporters of Rep. Paul were apt to stick around after the polls closed, though, and ended up by and large securing a substantial number of state delegates in most jurisdictions. Now the mainstream proponents of the Republican Party are pushing to ensure that Mitt Romney is awarded the decisive amounts of delegates at next month’s convention.
The New York Police Department already has thousands of cameras aimed all over the island of Manhattan, but this literal surveillance state is about to be brought up a notch. The NYPD is teaming up with Microsoft to track action across the city.
Later this week, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expected to come forth with more details about a new surveillance project the head of the NYPD hinted at last week. In conjunction with engineers at Microsoft, the NYPD will unleash an advanced “domestic awareness system” that will combine its already extensive city-wide surveillance system with law enforcement’s established databases in order to track the moves of suspected terrorists.
NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly first commented on the program over the weekend at the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, but those close to the project have failed to extrapolate much further other than on the basics. So far little is known about the Domain Awareness System, but an unearthed Public Security Privacy Guidelines memo dated back to 2009 details some of what is to be expected.
According to the memorandum, the Domain Awareness System is designed to implement “technology deployed in public spaces as part of the counterterrorism program” of the NYPD, and will work in tandem with the closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) already used by the force, as well as license plate readers “and other domain awareness devices, as appropriate.”
Here you have it, apparent weather modification at work. Notice the chemtrails are filling in a large area below the swirl at the top, and working over the vortex in the lower right system. It’s believed the metallic particles in the sprays make the atmosphere maneuverable by EMF emitting technology such as HAARP and other land, oceanic and space based broadcast stations.
Spraying out over the ocean is also a common spray tactic on the west coast. The trails are done way ahead of time and blow in with the on-shore wind. By the time they reach land much of the toxic spray in then at sea level, pummeling the dense shoreline population. When these false weather banks then appear, they fill in the blue areas with more spraying.
I watched it for years. In this case above it looks like weather mod at work.

A twelve-year old reads the Constitution, stands up in class and says, “It seems like this document was written to prevent the kind of government we have now.”
“Careful, kid, that could be interpreted as a terrorist remark. Let me call DHS and check on it.”
Let’s review. The right to own a gun stems from the idea of property. Property means you own something absolutely. A piece of land, a house, your own body. Something to defend. The right to own a gun stems from the idea of family, too. You have a family. You can protect them.
So, for example, and I know this is a ridiculous example, because it would never happen, but if you were sitting in a movie theater and three people came in with guns and started shooting up the place, you could protect your body by removing your gun from your holster and shooting back.
If someone from the government came to your house and told you you had to have your children vaccinated, or you had to allow your daughter to have chemotherapy with a drug that could burn the paint off a car, you could show that person your gun. Your neighbors, hearing of this problem, could arrive with their guns, too, just to remind the government representative what the term “limited powers” means.
While holding your gun, you could explain that “we are not in this all together,” that every citizen has the right to choose what to do with his property.
In a similar situation, and again this would never happen, suppose you were collecting rainwater in big barrels on your property, and a brain-damaged government employee dropped by and told you this was an illegal act. Suppose your rational explanation didn’t work, didn’t penetrate at all. You could remove your gun from your holster and display it, to emphasize your point.
Or suppose you were growing lots of food on your front lawn, or your child was selling lemonade on that same lawn, or, God forbid, you were smoking, or smoking marijuana, on your porch, or you were studying the Bible with friends in your house, or you were building a second house on your land, or you were baking cookies and selling them to your neighbors, or you were putting up a windmill, or your 11-year-old son was driving your car up and down the driveway, or you were administering herbs to a friend with cancer by mutual agreement and with informed consent, or you were digging a well, or you were flying a large American flag from a pole, or you were burying your dead dog, or your daughter was jumping on a trampoline without a helmet, or you were standing on your front walk filming the police as they were taking to your next-door neighbor…
And suppose you received a visit from a government employee telling you you couldn’t do these things, and the employee told you you could be arrested. You might display your weapon and your neighbors might suddenly show up with their weapons, just to educate the employee about the meaning of the 2nd Amendment.
This is just a fantasy, and it would never happen, but suppose the president of the United States declared war on a nation without the consent of Congress, or the power to create money was shifted from Congress to a group of private banks posing as government agents, and then suppose a few million Americans showed up in Washington with their guns and pointed out that these acts explicitly violated the Constitution.
This next one is so far out it could be called a nightmare, and of course it could never happen. But suppose there was a federal agency that was responsible for certifying all medicines as safe and effective before they were released for public use, and suppose that every year, like clockwork, these medicines were killing 100,000 Americans, and suppose the government agency responsible for arresting the government employees who were allowing the killer drugs to be foisted on the public wasn’t arresting them. Then, too, I suppose some waving of guns would be in order, as a prompt to fix the problem.
And suppose the government wasn’t just the government, but regularly colluded with giant corporations to steal from, trample on, and roll over millions of citizens on an ongoing basis. There, too, some education would be in order, especially, for example, if the government and a few corporations were cooperating to ensure nutritionally-deficient genetically modified food monopolized the nation’s food supply. The display of many weapons could restrain this cartel.
If government were using billions of dollars to watch, record, and analyze all citizen movements and communications with each other, this, too, would call for citizens to educate government.
There are people who agree with many of these charges against government, and yet, at the same time, they love government enough to want it to hold—along with thugs and criminals—all the guns in the country. That’s a lot of love.
“We know you’re basically evil, Daddy Government, but we love and trust you enough to give you all our guns.”
Now you might think I’m offering a solution (guns in private hands) that can’t offset or diminish the problems this bloated government is causing us, because those problems and the sheer force of government are too great to be moved aside by people who own weapons.
If this is what you think, then (a) isn’t that proof the intent of the Constitution has really gone to hell in a handbasket, and b) is that a reason to just lie down and hand over your right to self-defense?
Actually, when all the guns are taken, there will be no private citizens. “Private” implies the ability to protect life, property, and person from the government and other criminals.

Speakers at the conference overlook such facts as in 1962, the US Senate received a report concerning chemical and biological warfare. They were producing viral cancer in monkeys that could then be used through genetic engineering to infect humans.

GENERATIONS programs will be used all across America and eventually worldwide. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), who have been integral in purveying the deception of HIV and using fear-mongering tactics to keep the general public in the dark concerning the origin of HIV/AIDS, is blaming poverty, drug addiction and domestic violence as causations of HIV spreading so rapidly.
The CDC has focused a campaign along with data from The National Youth Risk Behavior Survey to justify claiming that US high school students need to have classes tailored to government regulated HIV/AIDS propaganda taught in public schools.
The International AIDS Society released the survey data to correlate with their conference in Washington, DC. The purpose is to “think about opportunities . . . to refine efforts,” according to Kevin Fenton, director of CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS/Viral Hepatitis, STD and Tuberculosis Prevention.
The survey concluded that 40% of African-American youth are at risk. Because 1.1 million Americans suffer from HIV, Laura Kann, CDC scientist explains: “Too many high school students in this country are at risk for HIV because they have had sexual intercourse, had multiple sex partners and are having unprotected sexual intercourse without a condom. Any kid that is practicing those behaviors is putting themselves at risk.”
The CDC is decrying spending cut-backs are impeding their ability to educate American black youth about the dangers of HIV/AIDS. They are focusing on “school-based investments” and hope to get more cash to assist them in funding programs in the future.

Scalia asserts that limiting “assault rifles” is up to the government and they should be outlawed.
Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State wrote a letter to Obama admitting that the ATT’s allocation of international gun control was unacceptable to the US Congress.
The Senators wrote: “We strongly encourage your administration not only to uphold our country’s constitutional protections of civilian firearms ownership, but to ensure — if necessary, by breaking consensus at the July conference — that the treaty will explicitly recognize the legitimacy of lawful activities associated with firearms, including but not limited to the right of self-defense. As members of the United States Senate, we will oppose the ratification of any Arms Trade Treaty that falls short of this standard.”
According to Thomas Countryman, US assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation, who supports the ATT remarked: “We want any treaty to make it more difficult and expensive to conduct illicit, illegal and destabilizing transfers of arms. But we do not want something that would make legitimate international arms trade more cumbersome than the hurdles United States exporters already face.”
Victoria Nuland, US Ambassador to the UN released a statement on the US State Department website wherein it was admitted that “the illicit trafficking of conventional arms is an important national security concern for the United States.”

Secretly, DHS have been taking bid for contractors who can install “aerial remote sensing” which uses light detection and ranging (LIDAR) that would be part of the unmanned drone missions within domestic US territory.
In the US Army Military Police Training manual specified for “Civil Disturbance Operations” the procedures for dealing with civilian riots, gun confiscation and the murder of Americans by US military in the name of continuity of government is outlined under the complete civil unrest scenario.
As well as Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the DHS, told a House Committee meeting on Homeland Security that the more than 30,000 drones that will be deployed into American skies are just arbitrarily watching out for US citizens.
The Federal Protective Service (FPS) has been given the responsibility to protecting federally owned property while preparing for civilian led riots expected in the near future. And part of the preparatory measures was an order of 150 sets of riot gear that was requested to be filled exponentially. The FPS is anticipating that police or military wearing the gear would encounter “blunt force trauma” to the upper torso, as well as potential beatings with “blunt objects”.
In June of this year, the US Army requested bids for riot gear, that was answered by A2Z Supply Corp, in which specified equipment was to be delivered to West Point Academy in New York.
In 2008, the report from the Army Times that the US military was reassigning troops arriving home from Afghanistan to serve domestically in homeland patrols which would be used during the necessity of maintaining order during an economic collapse.
The purpose of these patrol units was to aid “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack” and provide “coordinate defense support of civil authorities” under NORTHCOM and other commands including federal homeland defense efforts.
The use of “nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them” will be part of the control measures, according to 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier.
The US government, under the guise of continuity of government, are preparing for controlling the American public under any circumstances necessary.
While the total disarmament of Americans with the eradication of the 2nd Amendment is part of the plan, it may not be necessary for them to enact their complete lock down of our nation. Currently, armed forces are training their troops to maintain civil order for national security purposes, even if that means firing on American civilians.

Huma Abedin, who is the top aide to Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, has been accused of having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which is a terrorist group that is working directly with the CIA in toppling governments through fake revolutions and domestic terrorism.
Michele Bachmann has been receiving heat from her political peers for having written a letter to the Inspector General of the US State Department, in which she stated that Abedin’s family members (specifically her deceased father, mother and brother) are not only tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, but involved directly with the faction.
Bachmann’s letter to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) cited that “political correctness” overtakes the clear and present threat to the US government from Muslim radicals domestic and foreign. “In practice, this has translated into direction that amounts to ignoring pre-violent jihadist behavior–no matter how threatening–as long as it can be construed as ‘constitutionally protected.’”
Bachmann admonished Obama to revise his foreign relations policy.

In fact, Abedin’s mother, Dr. Saleha Mahmood Abedin is “one of the founding members of the Muslim Sisterhood” and a “long-time chairperson of the “International Islamic Committee for Woman and Child” (IICWC), which wants to impose Sharia law on Egypt, and eventually, the West.”
The IICWC believe that:

The Obama administration has been working with the Muslim Brotherhood after the Arab Spring toppled the Egyptian government.
Mohammad Morsi, recently elected president of Egypt , and member of the Muslim Brotherhood is another plant by the CIA meant to be controlled and implement the US government’s agendas in Egypt.
In celebration of the elections, Obama gave the MB $1.5 billion in foreign aid to the MB. Having a terrorist group in control of this prominent Arab nation is a big coup for the Obama administration. This bribe is obviously a clear indicator that the MB will do the bidding of the US covertly, while appearing to be against the US government on the surface.
Just three months ago , Obama hosted members of the MB at the White House to “broaden [the US] engagement” of the Egyptian leaders they have shadow control over.
Abedin, her ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and her close relationship with Clinton places the Muslim Brotherhood at the heart of the Obama administration. Whether the tail is wagging the dog or vice versa may not be relevant. All of these puppets serve the global Elite and play their part very well.

The Spanish Minister of Economy and Competitiveness, Luis de Guindos announced last week to its German counterpart that Spain will most likely need an extra 300 billion Euros in what will constitute the most feared but long time coming financial rescue of the Spanish economy. Mr. Guindos explained that the new bailout will be added to the 100 billion approved for the banks just a few weeks ago, when Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy denied that Spain would need any further aid in order to keep its economy above water. At that time, Rajoy also denied that Spain was in a critical situation and that the country had one of the strongest economies of the euro region.
Even after Mr. Guindos announced that he had held talks with his German counterpart, Mariano Rajoy denied that Spain had even mentioned such a thing during the talks. Apparently, Germany’s Wolfgang Schaeuble said that his country would not consider a financial rescue until the European Stability Mechanism wasn’t fully in place. Spain’s request for rescue comes at a time when the country is finding it too difficult to keep up with its funding costs, which become increasingly unsustainable.
The Minister of Economy and Competitiveness discussed this possibility in his meeting in Berlin with his German counterpart, Wolfgang Schaeuble, last Tuesday, when the interest of ten-year Spanish bond exceeded 7.6%. According to the source, if this money is needed, it is because it is necessary to strengthen the Spanish economy as a whole while the banking sector is also made more solvent, say Spanish government officials.
“Guindos spoke about 300,000 million in aid, but Germany was not comfortable with the idea of a bailout now,” said a Spanish source. “Once you see what are the operating costs of borrowing for Spain, perhaps we will return to this issue,” he added. Asked about this information, a Spanish government spokesman denied “categorically” any such plan. “The possibility of a rescue of 300,000 million euros for Spain has not been provided and has not been discussed,” he added.
Meanwhile, a second official source of the euro zone, said that Spain could avoid the rescue, but added that there have been miscommunications that have worried investors. “In pure arithmetic terms, if interest rates are consistent with what I consider a sustainable situation we won’t need it,” he said when asked if Spain needs the full rescue.
Commission approves 18 billion in aid for four Greek banks
The European Commission approved on Friday approved a temporary assistance of 18 billion euros to recapitalize four Greek banks. They are Alpha Bank, EFG Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and National Bank. The four banks in question account for about three quarters of the Greek banking sector and the news rescue is given in order to ensure financial stability, said the official communique.
In parallel, the EU executive has opened a detailed investigation on this injection of capital to determine whether it conforms to EU rules on aid banks. “The participation of these banks in the exchange of Greek government bonds (which imposed substantial losses) and the deep recession has weakened their capital.
The recapitalization fund bridge across the Hellenic financial stability ensures the stability of the Greek banking system” has said Vice President of the Commission responsible for Competition, Joaquin Almunia in a statement.
The four banks now play an important role in financing the real economy, as highlighted by Brussels. “The opening of a thorough investigation is common for large amounts of public support through atypical instruments” and “we do not prejudge the outcome of the investigation,” said the Commission.
In addition, the EU executive has authorized a temporary aid of 1,700 million euros for the liquidation of Proton Bank and its transformation into a new entity, Nea Proton Bank. Also in this case, the EU has opened a detailed investigation on doubts about the viability of the bank’s long-term existence without subsidies and whether this is the least costly way to address its problems.

According to two subsequent documents put out by the World Bank, its guidelines dictate that in order to qualify for World Bank lending, sovereign nations must implement population reduction objectives as outlined by the World Bank and UN Population Fund. If they refuse, lending will be withdrawn.
Already pre-tested and implemented in Yemen and Niger, these guidelines are destined for global implementation within the next decade, says the World Bank.
In the World Bank’s Reproductive Health Action Plan 2010-2015, published in April of 2010, the Bank speaks of Millennium Development Goal number 5 (or MDG5), which stands for “Reproductive Health” (or RH).
As we know, this is eugenics-new-speak for population control. As pro-death globalist professor John Cleland argued at a 2006 gathering in the company of like-minded individuals from the United Nations Population Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, the European Commission, the World Bank and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation:
“It does this cause no service at all to continue to shroud family planning in the obfuscating phrase “sexual and reproductive health”. People don’t really know what it means. If we mean family planning or contraception, we must say it. If we are worried about population growth, we must say it. We must use proper, straightforward language. I am fed up with the political correctness that daren’t say the name population stabilization, hardly dares to mention family planning or contraception out of fear that somebody is going to get offended. It is pathetic!”
The 2010 report put out by the World Bank however, chooses to use this deceptive phrase continually. And, from its dark point of view, it is right to do so- for the resistance against this 21st century eugenics grows steadily. The Bank, just like the UN, has no choice but to cloak itself in deceptive language so as not to raise too much suspicion as they move forward:
“(…) a renewed global consensus on the need to make progress on MDG5, together with greater attention to gender issues within and outside the Bank is refocusing attention on RH and offering an unprecedented opportunity to redress the neglect of the previous decade. Notable among these developments is that in 2007 the UN fully incorporated RH within the MDG framework.”
Apart from all the available evidence of a global push for population reduction, The term Global Consensus alone proves it:
“The Global Consensus”, says the report, “recognizes that MDGs 4 & 5 will not be reached without country leadership and the prioritization of reproductive, maternal, and newborn health at country level. The Global Consensus proposes a five point plan that includes: (i) political, operational, and community leadership and engagement; (ii) a package of evidence-based interventions through effective health systems along a continuum of good quality care, with a priority on quality care at birth; (iii) services for women and children free at the point of use if countries choose to provide them; (iv) skilled and motivated health workers in the right place at the right time, with supporting infrastructure, drugs, and equipment; and (v) accountability for results with robust monitoring and evaluation.”
Speaking of a global consensus. It was Klaus Töpfer, 1996 Bilderberg attendee and former Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) who in the year 2000 admitted to an “international consensus” on worldwide population control. During a speech given in Berlin in the beginning of the new millennium, Töpfer stated outright:
“Most people and policymakers are unaware that there is an international consensus that grounds population policy in human rights and development, emphasizing building the capacities of women to manage their own lives.”
In order to translate this international, or global consensus to the nation-states under its control, the World Bank boasts:
“The World Bank is uniquely positioned at the country level to take on advocacy for reproductive health, particularly in reaching Ministers of Finance. This will require utilizing the World Bank‟s economic analysis and technical resources to marshal arguments for investment in reproductive health. Bank’s country directors have key role to play in process of making RH a country priority through their policy dialogue with governments.”
There it is again. The World Bank- as lender- has the dependent nations in a stranglehold. If nations don’t comply with its directions, the Bank can cut the financial lifeline, no problem at all. Or, as its 1984 World Development Reportstates, the World Bank threatens nations who are slow in implementing the Bank’s “population policies” with “drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom.”
A World Bank discussion-paper from 2007 called Population Issues in the 21st century: The Role of the World Bank, explains how this process works in more detail:
“The Bank has a potential comparative advantage to address these issues at the highest levels of country policy setting, not only with ministry of health counterparts, but also with officials from finance and planning. This is important given the increasing recognition that political economy is a critical factor in the implementation of population and reproductive health programs, particularly in high-fertility countries.”
“Its involvement in many sectors in countries”, the authors continue, “can produce synergies that will allow faster progress than a more narrow focus on family planning services. The Bank will need its partners – United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), World Health Organization (WHO), key bilaterals – to provide technical expertise and administrative knowledge in areas such as procurement of contraceptives, service delivery, and demand creation.”
The document makes clear that this global and coordinated push for total control is not some vague dream. It is already being test-cased in several developing nations. The document states two cases that are currently underway. In the first example, Niger, the World Bank already has in place so-called “benchmarks” that the nation in question has to live up to in order to enjoy the continued support of the World Bank. In the case of Niger, considered by the IMF as a “Highly Indebted Poor Country”- and therefore easy to subdue- the document states:
“Population growth is documented and a population ESW (Economic and Sector Work) planned. A national Population and Reproductive Health Strategy is not only a CAS (Country Assistance Strategy) benchmark, but also a lending trigger, while reproductive health is included in one of the CAS pillars.”
“High fertility and rapid population growth were not only acknowledged as major problems, but fertility was also used as one of the CAS performance benchmarks. Moreover, a population ESW was planned and subsequently delivered. That ESW has been most instrumental in enhancing the in-country policy dialogue on population issues, and has led to a free-standing International Development Association (IDA) population operation, currently in preparation, which is the first population-specific operation in many years in the World Bank Africa Region. The preparation of a National Population and Reproductive Health Strategy was also a CAS benchmark as well as a lending trigger, while reproductive health was included in one of the CAS pillars. Other Bank partners such as the EU have joined the effort. Finally, population issues have also been given a high priority in the new Rural and Social Policy Reform (Development Policy Lending) Credit.”
The devil is in the details. The extend to which the World Bank and UN are willing to blackmail “Highly Indebted Poor Country’s” in implementing globally coordinated population control policies also becomes obvious in the second test-case example: Yemen:
“In the lending portfolio, restructuring of the Health Sector Reform Project (which includes family planning) is proposed and is expected to lead to a Population II Project to specifically address high fertility and family planning issues. Pillars two and three address population and reproductive health. Contraception is addressed effectively, and CPR is included as a CAS indicator. Furthermore, earlier in 2006, the Bank produced a study on “Promoting the Demand for FP in Yemen.”
“High fertility and rapid population growth”, the document reads, “were not only acknowledged as major impediments to economic growth and poverty reduction, but was included as one of the specific goals that was subsequently translated into policies, programs, and an indicator (reduce population growth rate by 3 percent per annum). Moreover, budget was allocated specifically for each of the four population policies that were outlined.”
The dimensions of this “Global Consensus” are extensive. These diabolical dimensions are being described in the 2007 “Discussion Paper” with the help of the catch-phrase: “Multisectoral approach”:
“A more systematic approach to mainstream population within the core agenda (…) would greatly enhance the adoption of a truly multisectoral approach. (….) The Bank’s comparative advantages in strengthening health systems are mainly in the areas of health financing, system governance, accountability for health service delivery, and demand-side interventions, all of which are important to further the population agenda.”
The authors continue:
“By supporting large-scale implementation of an integrated health sector plan that includes family planning, the Bank can play an important role in keeping family planning as a priority in high fertility and high-population-momentum countries. Even though historically some successful family planning programs were based on a vertical approach, such an approach is now considered less attractive, both from a sustainability standpoint as well as from a comprehensive reproductive health approach.”
However deceptive and “rational” the language, the document is nevertheless strangely upfront about their full-spectrum dominance, to make use of a military phrase:
“Unless population issues are approached in a multipronged fashion, it is unlikely to accelerate a demographic transition in these countries.”
The report goes on to say that: “The Bank is well positioned to systematically include population and reproductive health dimensions in key strategic documents (…). The Bank is particularly well placed to provide the fiscal and economic analysis to ensure that funding of population issues is placed within the overall development financing agenda of the country.”
“This strategy can be best achieved by a coordinated strategy implemented by a visible, strong, and high-level in-country unit with the mandate to design, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The Bank can help strengthen such institutional mechanisms, and foster collaboration with external national or international partners.”
There it is. World Bank “in-country units” will “strengthen” the institutions that distribute the Rockefeller-funded anti-fertility vaccines and GM Food. Above all this, the Bank uses the tools confided to them by the scientific dictatorship:
“The role of political economy in the implementation of population and reproductive health programs and policies is critical. The Bank, by providing the necessary analytical basis for policy discussion, can play a constructive role in prompting policy makers to take action now for future changes in population structure and size.”
Speaking of the scientific dictatorship, the World Bank works in concert with all the other arms of the octopus:
“As was noted in the section on the global policy context, it is impossible for the Bank to work on reproductive health issues without the support and collaboration of the broader international community. The UNFPA is the lead technical agency in the population field, with a large network of field offices. The Bank already uses UNFPA’s contraceptive procurement know-how and has intensified its collaboration in other areas (e.g., training and country program management). The WHO, as the normative agency, is a critical partner at both the global and country levels. As population issues are linked to reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, and child survival, the Bank works also with WHO, UNAIDS, and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), respectively.”
Returning to the essence, the intention and the strategy leave little for the imagination: a global consensus is in place between all the major transnational institutions and banks: the earth’s population must be brought down, with all means necessary. The World Bank uses financial tools to bring nations on their knees, demanding they cull their numbers; the UN guarantees the political legitimizing for these depopulation policies (Agenda 21); the Foundations develop the anti-fertility vaccines and GM Food, the World Health Organization takes care of the “health-standards” and distribution. With the help of this global construct, carefully coordinated from the top-down, the scientific dictatorship has circled the wagons around all of free humanity.
Are we rapidly approaching a moment of reckoning for the global financial system? August is likely to be a relatively slow month as most of Europe is on vacation, but after that we will be moving into a “danger zone” where just about anything could happen.
Historically, a financial crisis has been more likely to happen in the fall than during any other time, and this fall is shaping up to be a doozy. Much of the focus of the financial world is on whether or not the euro is going to break up, but even if the authorities in Europe are able to keep the euro together we are still facing massive problems. Countries such as Greece and Spain are already experiencing depression-like conditions, and much of the rest of the globe is sliding into recession. Unemployment has already risen to record levels in some parts of Europe, major banks all over Europe are teetering on the brink of insolvency, and the flow of credit is freezing up all over the planet. If things take a really bad turn, this crisis could become much worse than the financial crisis of 2008 very quickly.
All over the world people are starting to write about the possibility of a major economic crisis starting this fall.
For example, a recent article in the International Business Times discussed how some economists around the globe are fearing the worst for the coming months….
The consensus? The world economy has entered a final countdown with three months left, and investors should pencil in a collapse in either August or September.
Citing a theory he has been espousing since 2010 that predicts “a future lack of policy flexibility from the monetary and fiscal side,” Jim Reid, a strategist at Deutsche Bank, wrote a note Tuesday that gloated “it feels like Europe has proved us right.”
“The U.S. has the ability to disprove the universal nature of our theory,” Reid wrote, but “if this U.S. cycle is of completely average length as seen using the last 158 years of history (33 cycles), then the next recession should start by the end of August.”
The global financial system is so complex and there are so many thousands of moving parts that it is always difficult to put an exact date on anything. In fact, history is littered with economists that have ended up looking rather foolish by putting a particular date on a prediction.
But without a doubt we are starting to see storm clouds gather for this fall.
The following are 11 more signs that time is quickly running out for the global financial system….
#1 A number of very important events regarding the financial future of Europe are going to happen in the month of September. The following is from a recent Reuters article that detailed many of the key things that are currently slated to occur during that month….
In that month a German court makes a ruling that could neuter the new euro zone rescue fund, the anti-bailout Dutch vote in elections just as Greece tries to renegotiate its financial lifeline, and decisions need to be made on whether taxpayers suffer huge losses on state loans to Athens.
On top of that, the euro zone has to figure out how to help its next wobbling dominoes, Spain and Italy – or what do if one or both were to topple.
#2 Reuters is reporting that Spanish Economy Minister Luis de Guindos has suggested that Spain may need a 300 billion euro bailout.
#3 Spain continues to slide deeper into recession. The Spanish economy contracted 0.4 percent during the second quarter of 2012 after contracting 0.3 percent during the first quarter.
#4 The unemployment rate in Spain is now up to 24.6 percent.
#5 According to the Wall Street Journal, a new 30 billion euro hole has been discovered in the financial rescue plan for Greece.
#6 Morgan Stanley is projecting that the unemployment rate in Greece will exceed 25 percent in 2013.
#7 It is now being projected that the Greek economy will shrink by a total of 7 percent during 2012.
#8 German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble says that the rest of Europe will not be making any more concessions for Greece.
#9 The UK economy has now plunged into a deep recession. During the second quarter of 2012 alone, the UK economy contracted by0.7 percent.
#10 The Dallas Fed index of general business activity fell dramatically to -13.2 in July. This was a huge surprise and it is yet another indication that the U.S. economy is rapidly heading into a recession.
#11 As I have written about previously, a banking crisis is more likely to happen in the fall than at any other time during the year. The global financial system will enter a “danger zone” starting in September, and none of us need to be reminded that the crashes of 1929, 1987 and 2008 all happened during the second half of the year.
So is there any hope on the horizon?
European leaders have tried short-term solution after short-term solution and none of them have worked.
Now countries all over Europe are sliding into depression and the authorities in Europe seem to be all out of answers. The following is what one eurozone diplomat said recently….
“For two years we’ve been pumping up the life raft, taking decisions that fill it with just enough air to keep it afloat even though it has a leak,” the diplomat said. “But now the leak has got so big that we can’t pump air into the raft quickly enough to keep it afloat.”
The boat is filling up with water faster than they can bail it out.
So what is the solution?
Well, some of the top names in economics on both sides of the Atlantic are urging authorities to keep the debt bubble pumped up by printing lots and lots more money.
Needless to say, I will be advocating 1933 monetary stimulus à l’outrance, or trillions of asset purchases through old fashioned open-market operations through the quantity of money effect (NOT INTEREST RATE ‘CREDITISM’) to avert deflation – and continue doing so until nominal GDP is restored to its trend line, at which point the stimulus can be withdrawn again.
But is more money and more debt really the solution to anything?
In the United States, M2 recent surpassed the 10 trillion dollar mark for the first time ever. It has increased in size by more than 5 times over the past 30 years.
Unfortunately, our debt has been growing much faster than GDP has over that time period.
Our problem is not that there is not enough money floating around.
Our problem is that there is way, way too much debt.
But this is how things always go with fiat currencies.
There is always the temptation to print more.
That is one of the big reasons why every single fiat currency in history has eventually collapsed.
Printing more money will not solve our problems. It will just cause our problems to take a different form.
In the end, nothing that the authorities can do will be able to avert the crisis that is coming.
A lot of people are starting to realize this, and that is one reason why we are seeing so much economic pessimism right now.
For example, according to a new Rasmussen poll only 14 percent of all Americans believe that children in America today will be “better off” than their parents.
That is an absolutely stunning figure, but it just shows us where we are at.
Our economy has been in decline for a long time, and now we are rapidly approaching another major downturn.
You better buckle up, because this downturn is not going to be pleasant at all.
