After a Minneapolis-bound Spirit Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Rochester, Minnesota, to help a sick passenger, a woman had to be taken off the flight after she had a terrifying meltdown.

Video taken by passenger Chianti Washington shows the woman pacing frantically up and down the aisle of the plane, screaming hysterically, reports ABC.

Stephen Schuler, a spokesman for Spirit Airlines, said in a statement emailed to ABC News:

“Yesterday morning a flight from Houston to Minneapolis had to land in Rochester, Minnesota due to a Guest experiencing a medical emergency. On the ground in Rochester, another passenger became erratic and irate and was removed from the aircraft with the assistance of law enforcement. We apologize to our Guests who had to witness this and for the inconvenience of the delay. Safety if our top priority at Spirit Airlines.”

Rochester police said the woman told another passenger that she was a military veteran and suffers from PTSD, reports Click2Houston. She said she panicked because she hadn’t flown in a long time and the flight was diverted, police said.

After the woman was removed from the flight, she was free to go, according to police.
