When This Man Refused to Be Silenced, the Judge Had Him Tazed

As you might expect, the judge got a slap on the wrist.

In July of 2014, Delvon King was defending himself in court from a recent gun charge. He stood before Judge Robert Nalley, shackled with a shocker anklet in case he tried to flee or hurt anyone. It turns out however that King had far more to fear from Judge Nalley than the other way around.

As King tried to make his case he was repeatedly told to stop talking by the judge. After several failed attempts, the judge finally ordered the court deputy to taser the man.

That footage was released this week after Judge Nalley was charged, and subsequently pleaded guilty to violating the civil rights of Delvon King. As you might expect, the judge got a slap on the wrist. He was originally facing a year in jail and a $100,000 fine, but instead received a $5,000 fine and was ordered to take an anger management class.
