Watch the NYPD Stuff a Hogtied Suspect Into a Body Bag

They had his arms and legs bound before wrapping him up in a body bag specifically designed for violent and uncontrollable suspects.

25-year-old Johnell Muhammad had a rather disturbing run in with the NYPD on March 18th, after two plainclothes police officers caught him skipping out on a $2.75 subway fair. After they searched him and found drug paraphernalia in his pockets, they tried to arrest Johnell, which he resisted by elbowing an officer in the face and trying to escape. They had to use pepper spray to control him.

In this particular case there is no reason to doubt that story. Johnell has a long rap sheet that includes fare evasion, larceny, criminal impersonation, robbery, and assault. What sets this particular arrest apart from Johnell’s previous encounters with the law, is what happened after the police subdued him. They had his arms and legs bound before wrapping him up in a body bag specifically designed for violent and uncontrollable suspects.

Sorry but, even though Johnell doesn’t sound like a very nice guy, that’s unbelievably creepy.
