The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), was tricked by a pair of Russian comedians. The pair jokingly offered to give him naked pictures of President Donald Trump that they claimed Russian President Vladimir Putin was using for blackmail.
Adam Schiff, also known as the Democrat who constantly engages in Twitter wars with Donald Trump, while ironically and hypocritically demanding Trump watch less TV and work more, was duped into believing two Russians were holding onto naked photos of the president.
Mr. President, I see you’ve had a busy morning of “Executive Time.” Instead of tweeting false smears, the American people would appreciate it if you turned off the TV and helped solve the funding crisis, protected Dreamers or…really anything else. https://t.co/lVqQRu2Gjl

Schiff began the call thanking “chairman Andriy Parubiy,” a made-up person, and warned that the Russians were most likely spying on their phone call. “I would caution that our Russian friends may be listening to the conversation so I wouldn’t share anything over the phone that you wouldn’t want them to hear,” Schiff said.
“Adam Schiff can be heard discussing the committee's Russia investigation and increasingly bizarre allegations about Trump with a man who claimed to be Andriy Parubiy, the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament.” Schiff has some explaining to do. https://t.co/74HcIb6cUn pic.twitter.com/WxzJIv9odR

After a lengthy conversation, in which Schiff appeared to take seriously, he told them that he was reaching out to America’s intelligence community to forward them the information. “I’ll be in touch with the FBI about this. And we’ll make arrangements with your staff. I think it probably would be best to provide these materials both to our committee and to the FBI,” Schiff said.
A spokesperson for Schiff later claimed that he knew it was a prank phone call and that he immediately “alerted appropriate law enforcement personnel.”
It is a little humorous that the Russians find this “collusion” investigation ridiculous and ridicule-worthy.
