Witnesses report seeing strange lights hovering in the skies, which is nothing unusual given the thousands of such reports yearly.

What is unusual about these UFO reports, however, is that the low flying objects seem to be dropping something.

They saw lights, but these lights are not from an airplane or helicopter. And these lights dropped something as they hung low from the sky.
