People, especially in this country, mistakenly believe that if an ingredient is in a food product, it must be safe and even healthy to eat it.
That is far far from the truth.
Sure, they say some of these things are safe in small amounts, but they never address the accumulative effects of eating all these otherwise toxic ingredients, day in and day out, a little bit at a time.
