A Russian TV channel believes it did according to WAPO. The video has gone viral since it was put up on August 11th.
Some are taking it very seriously. One person even wrote, “It’s a warning to the U.S. that they shouldn’t start a war with Russia.”
Then again, others have noticed it looks kinda fake…
