A mother is still trying to get answers about a school administrator who was seen body slamming her daughter on camera at Canyon Springs High School in North Las Vegas. A report from the emergency room shows that the girl has suffered a concussion and has multiple scratches and bruises.
The camera pans away just as the 13-year-old girl is thrown to the ground, but footage clearly shows the school administrator handling the girl prior to her fall and immediately shows him on top of her after the incident.
Lucenda Randle, the girl’s mother, justifiably thinks that Child Protective Services would likely remove a child from a home if a parent was seen abusing a child in the very same way that the school administrator did.
“That is child abuse. CPS would’ve come and picked me up,” said Lucenda.
There is now a lawsuit pending against the administrator. So far, no arrests have been made and the administrator is likely to still be working at the school.
