Two Star Wars fans, 13-year-old trumpeter Bryce Hayashi and flugelhorn player Michael “Mickle” Miller, decided a few weeks ago to set up and play the Star Wars theme on the sidewalk outside the home of John Williams, the movie’s score composer.
Williams himself even came out to meet the musicians, calling it “fantastic” and saying “I started to listen and thought ‘Oh they’ll never make it,’ and they did it!” Cool guy.
