US Airforce Document Reveals ‘Ownership’ of the Weather

UK weather reports are linking the torrential rain and subsequent floods as being caused by changes in the Jet stream. The ‘polar vortex’ experienced in the US has compounded the misery in the UK by getting caught up in the Jet Stream and moving across the Atlantic where the warmer temperatures see the precipitation falling as rain rather than snow. At least that’s what the weathermen are saying.

The 1996 a research paper was published that detailed how the United States Air Force could ‘own’ the weather by 2025. Although the scenario outlined in the introduction is fictional, the details regarding weather modification was based on scientific facts that were available in 1996, and projections of where the science was going based on research that was ongoing at the time and planned for the future. The document is called ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025’ 

Technology has moved on faster than anyone could have predicted in 1996, and it’s interesting that the research paper came just three years after work on the HAARP program began in 1993.

Weather modification has the ability to change the face of the planet, and can bring any population to it’s knees. Are the weather anomalies that are occurring around the globe practice runs? Is the system being tested to see just how far they can take things?

In California there is a drought that is threatening the food supply, a drought so bad that residents may find their faucets dry within weeks. Across the Atlantic the UK has so much water that half the country is flooded after a succession of low pressure systems forming over the Atlantic pounded them with severe storms every free days for eight weeks. Farmers there are saying they may not be able to plant this year due to salt and sewage pollution.

The aim of government is no longer to govern, it is to control, They seek to control our right to bear arms, the way we educate our children, the quality of the food we eat, and our ability to access healthcare.

We are watched on CCTV wherever we go and the requirement for our children to wear RFID tracking technology is growing. Our calls and emails are monitored in the interests of national security, but still it’s not enough, we have not yet capitulated, we are not yet totally controlled.

Limiting food and water is  the only way they can have total control, and modifying the weather can achieve that.

The beauty of weather modification as the airforce research document points out, is that it can be passed off as a natural event. The government then steps in with it’s handouts of rations and the people are grateful…job done.

 ‘Control oil and you control nations. If you control the food supply, you control the people.’

It’s interesting that something a National Security Advisor said over three decades ago seems to be happening now.
