University of Chicago Tells Students “No More Safe Spaces”

This appears to be the first domino to fall for the social justice movement.

It’s finally happened. The SJWs have grown so far out of the control, that even their colleges can’t bear to host their infantile, authoritarian drivel any longer. Or at least, the University of Chicago isn’t going to be putting up with them anymore. It’s a start.

The University sent a letter to all students who will be attending their college this year, which states “You will find that we expect members of our community to be engaged in rigorous debate, discussion, and even disagreement.  At times this may challenge you and even cause discomfort.”

It goes on to condemn everything these whiny tyrants stand for: “Our commitment to academic freedom means that we do not support so-called “trigger warnings,” we do not cancel invited speakers because their topics might prove controversial, and we do not condone the creation of intellectual “safe spaces” where individuals can retreat from ideas and perspectives at odds with their own.”

This appears to be the first domino to fall for the social justice movement. Their vile ideology was spawned in America’s college campuses, and if other campuses follow the example of this school, their movement will no longer have any roots to feed it.
