United States of America 2012: Fear, Intimidation and Abuse of Power

Fox News’ Judge Napolitano and Judge Catherine Crier, author of Patriots Acts, warn of the usurpation of our Constitutional rights through fear, intimidation and abuse of power:

Police patrolling the streets like a platoon in Baghdad. Checkpoints and roadblocks on the highways stopping you. Warrant-less searches of your home. Secret Courts. Indefinite detention. Open contempt for the Constitution by the government. It all sounds like an authoritarian state out of Orwell’s 1984, but it’s actually the United States of America in 2012.
