This McDonald’s Happy Meal Hasn’t Decomposed for Six Years!

We all know McDonald’s isn’t good for the human body, but holy crap. Can this stuff even be classified as food anymore?

This isn’t the first time that a McDonald’s meal has been shown to have a disturbing longevity. These kinds of stories go viral all the time, and normally they involve burgers and fries lasting six months, or perhaps even a couple of years. However, this Alaskan mom has a Happy Meal that has lasted even longer than some canned goods are capable of.

Jennifer Lovdahl claims to have kept the same McDonald’s order since 2010, and it looks like it has barely aged. “It’s been 6 years since I bought this “Happy Meal” at McDonald’s.” she said in a Facebook post that attached several photo’s “It’s been sitting at our office this whole time and has not rotted, molded, or decomposed at all!!!” She kept the box and the receipt, which is dated January 8th, 2010.

She says that by now it only smells of cardboard, and jokingly added that the food will probably outlive the box. “There are so many chemicals in this food! Choose real food! Apples, bananas, carrots, celery….those are real fast food.”

We all know McDonald’s isn’t good for the human body, but holy crap. Can this stuff even be classified as food anymore?
