People inside the Obama campaign headquarters in Denver, Colorado were lucky to be unharmed when a shot was fired into the office, shattering a large plate glass window, late Friday afternoon.
People inside the Obama campaign headquarters in Denver, Colorado were lucky to be unharmed when a shot was fired into the office, shattering a large plate glass window, late Friday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for the Obama campaign declined to answer questions about the incident and instead referred all questions to the police department.
Denver police spokeswoman Raquel Lopez said, “It looks like it was one shot that was fired into the structure.” The police have a description of a “vehicle of interest” but can release no further information while the investigation is ongoing.
The President was safely in Washington, DC when the incident occurred.
