Shocking Video: Cops Fire Non-Lethal Rounds at Men, Women and Children

A shooting involving police in California lead to protests in which police in riot gear fired rubber bullets into the crowd and unleashed a K-9 on a women whom police say was agitating the situation.

The shooting leading to this incident left one man dead. The residents were protesting what they say is increased police violence against them in the community.

It was also reported that the police offered to purchase cell phone video of the incident.
