Kavkazcenter.com posted a video made by Russia’s most wanted man, calling on the Mujahideen to stop the 2014 winter Olympic games in Sochi by any means they can. Although not verified, he is seen telling his followers that he has rescinded his order not to attack Russian targets outside of the Northern Caucus.

He said:

“They (Russia) plan to hold the Olympics on the bones of our ancestors, on the bones of many, many dead Muslims, buried on the territory of our land on the Black Sea. We as Mujahideen are obliged to not permit that, using any methods allowed us by the almighty Allah” (source)

In the video Usman called on his followers to wage jihad on the Russians and the infidels that support them and made it quite clear that they will take whatever measures they can to prevent the games going ahead. So far Moscow has not responded to the threats.

YouTube has removed the video stating that it violates their policy on violence. At this point it is still available to view on the Kavkazcenter website.
