Russia to Outlaw US Dollar?

Russian lawmakers are debating a bill that would ban the US dollar in Russia as a means of avoiding the negative effects of the dollar collapsing–which they speculate should happen by 2017–and would reinstitute the ban that was in place during the socialist administration of old.
