The chief of the Russian navy has confirmed that it has successfully tested its new Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile. Two more tests will take place in October and November.

No one can be sure if this is posturing by the Russian government or just a continuation of planned tests. Russia has increased all forms of military training and drills since it annexed Crimea in March of this year.
