Raccoon Family Surprises Michigan Man With a Drop-In Visit (Video)

A Michigan man had five unexpected furry visitors drop in – literally, through his ceiling – Friday night.

He called emergency services for help, reports Fox 17:

According to a lieutenant with the Sheridan Township Fire Department, a mother raccoon and her babies fell through the ceiling of a home and onto the sofa in the living room. The gentleman who lives there told emergency crews he heard a loud crash before finding the raccoons.

No people or animals were injured in the incident, and the critters were taken away and released back into the wild, according to Michigan Live.

The comedic, and somewhat chaotic, scene was caught on video and posted over the weekend on the Albion public safety Facebook page.
