NYPD lied under oath to prosecute Occupy activist
The New York Police Department have been accused of fabricating evidence in the trial of Occupy activist Michael Premo.
Primo has been found innocent of all charges at his trial this week. Nick Pinto of Village Voice explained:
“Far from showing Premo tackling a police officer (that video) shows cops tackling him as he attempted to get back on his feet.”
