‘No iPhone for Christmas? F*ck You, Mom!’

Following an onslaught of young adults taking to social media sites like Twitter to virtually cuss out and hate on their parents and even threaten to run away after they didn’t get the new iPhone or Playstation gaming system they wanted this Christmas, one has to wonder: are we raising a culture of vapid, self-entitled, self-centered idiots who only have the capacity to care about what new piece of cheap Chinese crap they can get their hands on next?

If we are, Edward Bernays‘ ghost would likely respond with “Told ya so.”

And remember… these kids are our future.
