King Fire Doubles Overnight: Local Man Arrested For Arson
Thousands of people have been forced to evacuate their homes, and another 12,000 properties are threatened by the fire which as of Thursday night was just 5% contained.

Wayne Allen Huntsman of Pollock Pines, El Dorado County, California, has been arrested and charged with starting the massive and fast moving King fire that is still raging east of Sacramento.
The fire doubled in size overnight and is currently costing $5 million a day to fight.
Huntsman is being held in the county jail in Placerville on $10 million bail.
Thousands of people have been forced to evacuate their homes, and another 12,000 properties are threatened by the fire which as of Thursday night was just 5% contained. Two firefighters have been injured fighting the fire but so far no lives have been lost.
