Kim Jong-Un, portly dictator of the secretive North Korea has promised a sustained and merciless response if a film portraying his assassination is released in the U.S.

The film, appropriately titled ‘The Interview’ sees two TV journalists who are due to interview Jong-Un, recruited by the CIA to assassinate him.

From Sky News US:

In a statement carried by North Korea’s official KCNA news agency, a foreign ministry spokesman said the film was the work of “gangster moviemakers” and should never be shown.

The spokesman said: “The act of making and screening such a movie that portrays an attack on our top leadership … is a most wanton act of terror and act of war, and is absolutely intolerable.”

Maybe if it was reclassified he would be happier. Having your death portrayed in a comedy may be ticking him off a little…
