Space junk or meteorite? People are speculating over the bright flash recently witnessed during rush hour in Thailand’s capital.
“There is a high possibility that the object spotted this morning… on social media, is an object from outer space,” Deputy Director of National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand Saran Poshyachinda, told CNN.
Video evidence suggests to Poshyachinda that the object burned up approximately 62 miles from the ground.
We’ve been seeing a lot more videos like this lately, including a strange slow-moving green fireball seen over Argentina back at the end of July.
