ICE Union Head Calls for Congressional Investigation into Obama’s Illegal Immigration Policies

As far as scandals and lawless behavior goes, Obama has definitely earned a PhD (piled higher and deeper). America has heard over and over about the various IRS scandals, the Benghazi atrocity, and NSA spying to name a few; a list of unconstitutional executive orders can be placed alongside these. Added to this impressive list of constitutional degradation is the president’s policy regarding the current immigration laws.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement union head, Chris Crane, appeared on the Sean Hannity radio show Friday, hosted by fill-in Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX). Crane has called upon Congress to investigate the administration’s immigration policies. And, rightly so.

According to Crane, “With regard to our government in general, I mean right now, that’s our problem with our immigration system. [The problem] is not our immigration system, it’s our government, and it’s the ability of a president of the United States to ignore laws enacted by Congress.”

“And it doesn’t matter what type of legislation we pass until we address that problem, we will never have an immigration system that works,” Crane stated. “As long as one person can act like a dictator and ignore the law and make his own laws through policy, we will never have a system that works.”

Here it is folks. The problem in the immigration system is not the current law. It’s the policy coming out of Washington, DC, by the president of the United States and the cronies in Congress who support it that prevents enforcement of the current law. A new immigration law was not needed; it was proposed and passed for political posturing, power, vote gains and more than likely, at the behest of the White House Royals.

According to the Daily Caller:

Crane and his union have been vocal opponents of the Obama Administration’s immigration policies – notably its Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program – and the Senate passed immigration bill.

“There is no more of a clear cut case in our country of the president overstepping his authority, ignoring the law, ignoring the Constitution, than the president’s ordering of ICE agents not to enforce U.S. Immigration law,” he said. “Yet, we have no investigations from Congress into this whatsoever.”

Crane continued,saying that while his union applauds congressional investigations into the IRS and Benghazi, lawmakers have failed to investigate what has been going on at his agency and “that’s got to stop.”

“You tell me, how do I call Congress to conduct investigations because, you know, being involved in this process as I have been, it seems to me the only people that really get to be at the table to have a say about our laws are the people that have pockets full of money,” Crane said. “You know, you have to be a Mark Zuckerberg or you have to be a Chamber of Commerce to be a participant, a real participant in the creation of our nation’s laws.”

Crane hit the nail on the head with this one. You know the old saying, “Money talks and bull**** walks.” The money crowd is influencing law that affects everyone in America – sounds like a few are ruling the many. But, that’s what a feudal monarchical dictatorial government is all about.

Evidence of Obama’s lawlessness, treasonous acts, high crimes and misdemeanors abound; but, you can bet there will be no impeachment coming even though it’s so past warranted, it ceased to be funny some time back. No, the Democrats in the Senate and the lame stream enemedia are busy telling dumbed down, stupid, ignorant, American Idol watching, Kim Kardashian baby follower Americans that the Constitution is too complex for them to understand; but, never fear, the government has your best interest at heart. Once again, the mindless idiots follow the useful idiots’ instructions and beg for more atrocities while condemning those who dare to speak out.

The president sets a shining example for all criminals to become more emboldened as consequences will be few, if any.

Many remember being a teenager and wanting to do some of the same things others were doing; but, when you asked your parents, the reply was, “just because they would want to jump off a bridge, does that mean you would want to jump off the bridge?” It was a subtle way of telling you to think for yourself and not follow everyone down a road that could lead to someplace you really don’t want to be.

Rep. Gohmert recommends citizens contact their Senators and Representatives in Washington to request an investigation into the president’s ordering ICE agents not to enforce current immigration laws. The outspoken Texas republican is right when he says, “the Republicans cannot out pander the Democrats,” but Republicans could retain the respect for what the founders gave us by upholding the rule of law.

Many Americans couldn’t agree more. So, it’s up to you America.Contact your Senators and Representatives in Washington to request/demand an investigation into the lack of enforcement of our current immigration laws ordered by our “ruling royal.” It might also be a good time to request impeachment. Regardless of what Congress and the administration “think,” the law is clear; and, if truth be told, there are plenty more than two witnesses against the lawlessness, high crimes and misdemeanors of this administration.
