A woman who asked to be identified only as “Kristen” experienced a bizarre incident on Monday, which was caught on her car’s dashcam.
The video, and Kristen’s explanation of what happened, can be seen in the video below.
DeKalb and Atlanta police are searching for the man.
The incident happened about 1:30 p.m. Monday as the woman pulled out of a Kroger parking lot in the 1100 block of Moreland Avenue, according to police.

Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information about the man, who was seen in the dashcam footage wearing a white shirt, black pants, black earbuds and a red hat. He may be in his late 20s, police said.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
Hopefully the man will be identified and will be forced to pay Kristen for damages.
