Joe Joseph discusses the trickiness of the industry: pretty much anyone can create a “supplement”, slap a label on it, and sell it. The FDA doesn’t highly regulate dietary supplements. On the other hand, do we really want the FDA regulating everything anyway? The agency can’t be fully trusted either.
