Ghostbusters II? Strange Green Foam Begins Seeping from the Sewer in Bluffdale, Utah

First the NSA decides to build a multi-billion-dollar spy hub out there, and now the health department is testing the water after a strange green foam has begun seeping out the sewer drains in Bluffdale, Utah like something out of the movie [amazon text=Ghostbusters II&asin=B000E33W26].

Officials believe it is either toxic algae, or the chemicals used to remove moss in a nearby canal. Yum.

Either way, those people just can’t seem to catch a break.
