From the Trenches World Report has been telling you for years that the MSM and cable news channels are basically feeding us garbage. This is manifested by many reasons, ranging from incompetence, laziness, fraud, and most importantly, spreading propaganda, the worst of the bunch. We have written about these traitors to the American airwaves constantly, trying to get the real truth out, and how it really correlates to world events. Some of it coming from websites that operate on a thin budget, thin meaning hundreds of dollars, not billions of dollars. Some of the thin budget sites have the best information, bar none.

We have tried to bring you information from individuals who call in to our daily show, “The Word From the Trenches” hosted by our founder Henry Shivley, recently co-hosted by JD. This information is about as everyday real as it gets, not written by some megalomaniac over at propaganda central. No Teleprompters here, just patriots who want the audience to understand the facts as they exist.

Now that the world is tearing itself apart, we are seeing these propaganda machines starting to eat their own. The Trenches has been well aware of the Fox News BS and other mainstream sources are starting to see it for what it is – fraud among the American people.

As the world begins to fall apart and require honest news which isn’t biased or rigged in favor of the rich, we begin to see the battlefield casualties, Fox News being the first to be eviscerated.

Fox News viewers worst-informed, study finds

The Telegraph – by Chris Irvine, 24 May 2012

A study conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, found that the average American was able to correctly answer 1.8 out of four questions on international news and 1.6 out of five on domestic.

Fox News followers however only answered 1.04 domestic questions correctly, which is worse than those who said they watched no media at all – which stood at 1.22.

The study, which surveyed 1,185 people, found that in comparison, those who listened to National Public Radio fared best, answering 1.51 questions correctly, while those watching The Daily Show, which mixes current affairs with humour, scored 1.42.

“These differences may be small, but even small differences are important when we’re talking about millions of people,” said Dan Cassino, political scientist and poll analyst. “We expect that watching the news should help people learn, but the most popular of the national media sources – Fox, CNN, MSNBC – seem to be the least informative.”

Fox News responded by focusing on Fairleigh Dickinson’s academic record – Forbes ranked it 585 out of 650 US colleges.
