DOJ: ‘Laws that Keeps Men out of Women’s Bathrooms Are Directly Contrary to American Values’

Well, this should tell you a whole lot about what modern “American values” are.

According to assistant attorney general Vanita Gupta, head of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, “to guarantee all people ‘equal dignity in the eyes of the law'” means men who dress like women should be allowed in women’s bathrooms.

“Even after the Supreme Court’s landmark gay marriage decision last year in Obergefell v. Hodges that guaranteed all people ‘equal dignity in the eyes of the law,’ we see new efforts to deny LGBTI individuals the respect they deserve and the protection our laws guarantee,” Gupta said.

The statement comes on the heels of Gupta’s boss, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, filing a federal civil rights lawsuit against the state of North Carolina over its bathroom law that would force public schools, colleges, and government agencies to designate bathrooms to be used by people based on their biological sex.

President Obama also recently “ordered” schools to allow transgender students to use whatever bathroom they want, although it was unclear how Obama can directly order schools around. Likely the Department of Education will tie it to threats to withhold school funding.

As has been pointed out many times, the public at large is not actual concerned with transgendered people using whatever bathroom they want to; what the public is concerned with is sexual predators abusing these new laws in order to gain access to potential victims, something which, despite what the liberal left would have people believe, has happened many times in the past:

After the Ontario government passed a gender identity bill dubbed the “bathroom bill” in 2012, a 37-year-old man posing as a transgender using the name “Jessica” was able to gain access to women’s shelters where he sexually assaulted several women and peeped on them while in the shower.

More recently, a 33-year-old man was charged in 2013 after he dressed as a woman in order to secretly videotape women in the restroom at a California Macy’s. The same thing happened back in 2010 when a 29-year-old man who did not attend Berkeley dressed up as a woman in order to get into the university’s locker room where he used his cell phone to take pictures of women changing.

And these are just a few examples. In fact, here are even more examples:

Purdue University: Purdue police investigate report of man taking photographs in women’s restroom

The Mercury News: San Jose sex offender wearing fake breasts, wig arrested for loitering in women’s restroom

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: Greensburg man who photographed cheerleaders to be tried

UPI.com: Cross-dresser arrested in bath house

Not sure when America stopped protecting women and children and declared that its new “values,” but failing to protect women and children first always and can only lead to a society’s downfall.
