Democrat Politician Tells Facebook Commenter Her Rights Are Different

It’s become obvious that government officials think they are “more equal” than the rest of us. One democrat, former Orlando Police Chief now a congresswoman, Val Demings, is simply making it clear. The government and its minions don’t care about us. It’s all about the power, so they get more rights. At least according to Demings.

Back on February 27, 2009, a thief broke into Deming’s vehicle and stole her state-issued 9mm handgun, ammunition, and other items she left stashed in a duffle bag. Someone knows awfully little about gun safety, and this woman was a police chief at the time. But according to the Orlando Sentinal, Demings at least tried to lock her car. Score one for Orlando’s top cop.

“Although the vehicle’s remote was used to lock the vehicle, the doors were not physically [checked] to ensure the locks [had] engaged,” internal-affairs manager Dwain L. Rivers wrote in the four-page report. “Chief Demings accepts full responsibility and does not wish to contest the sustained finding.” All the while, Demings is anti-gun and seeks to write away your rights to keep and bear arms with legislation. And now that she’s a congresswoman, she’s desperately trying to do away our rights to own guns, while proudly proclaiming she has different first amendment rights than we do as well. Government officials will always consider themselves to be “more equal,” and Deming’s proves it.

When she isn’t grandstanding with the weakest humans in society at gun control events, she’s letting those who dare use their first amendment rights know that hers are different. After Deming’s public display on social media letting us know she seeks to destroy our rights to keep and bear arms, a commenter decided to call her out on her hypocritical and disturbing stance. Confused by the amendments in the Constitution, Demings told him what we are already coming to realize. She has different rights simply because she’s a politician.

But not only did Demings get a response, it probably wasn’t the one she was looking for. Nothing is better than seeing anti-gun politicians being put in their place by ordinary civilians – especially when those politicians think they are better than everyone else.

Someone get the aloe vera. Because Demings got burned.

The Daily Wire reached out to Demings via Twitter, Facebook, and her Washington D.C. office. While the publication was never able to speak with Demings herself, they did speak with her communications director, Caroline Rowland. When asked if Demings could speak about the remarks she made on Facebook, Rowland simply stated, “No, she will have no comment on that. Thank you,” before quickly hanging up the phone.

Demings also goes on to criticize president Donald Trump on her Facebook timeline, yet commenters are not letting her forget that she’s nothing special, regardless of the lemmings who voted for her.

It isn’t even these boneheads in political power that are pitied at this point. It’s the weak humans that cast ballots for these nutjobs that are to be pitied and coddled. Perhaps if people started to understand that the individual is the smallest minority, we wouldn’t be in the position of having to work diligently to earn our freedoms back from the ever expanding government. By continuing to vote for these types of politicians, people are continuing to elect their masters who seek nothing more than ultimate control over them and others. It is absolutely astonishing that a woman this hypocritical and asinine was elected in the first place.
