Cops Murder A Father While Serving A Warrant At The Wrong House

While serving a warrant at the wrong address, Mississippi police officers shot and killed a husband and father. Close to midnight on Sunday, Southaven, Mississippi police arrived at the wrong house to serve an arrest warrant and shot a man dead in his own home, according to reports.

But don’t worry, the cops were just “doing their jobs,” which has become indefensible anymore. The police actually shot and killed Ismael Lopez, 41, through the front door. The police were supposed to be across the street to serve an arrest warrant for Samuel Pearman, who was wanted on an assault charge, reported WREG. So when the cops wrongfully showed up at Lopez’s house, the father went to the door to see who was there.

“Someone didn’t take the time to analyze the address,” said Murray Wells, the attorney representing Lopez’s family. “This is incredibly tragic and embarrassing to this police department that they can’t read house numbers.” DeSoto County Prosecutor John Champion said it was “possible” that police went to the wrong house and confirmed that Lopez’s name was not on the warrant. “He was not wanted for anything at all,” Champion said of Lopez. “I want to make that abundantly clear.”

But much like Philando Castile, it didn’t matter, and the cops will be defended for this atrocious murder because of some badge delineating authority to murder innocent people. If that triggers you, perhaps you should consider who was throwing the Jews into concentration camps in the 1940’s. *HINT: Cops* Legality does not equal morality.

Police officers said they were “forced” to shoot Lopez when he opened his front door because they feared for their lives when his pet pit bull charged at them. Police said they opened fire at the dog and saw Lopez holding a gun from behind his door. (Behind the door. Somehow cops have x-ray vision now and can see through and behind doors.)

“One of the officers did fire a shot at the pit bull dog. While this was going on, they also noticed at the time that a gun was pointed outside the residence,” Champion said. “At this point, the officers began hollering ‘put the gun down, put the gun down,’ at which point that did not occur and there were more than one shot was fired toward the door and there was a male subject inside the residence that was killed.”

Speaking on behalf of the Lopez family, Jordan Castillo, 23, told the Commercial Appeal that Lopez’s wife disputed the police version of events. He said police began firing through a closed door and that Lopez never picked up his firearm, which she said was found by police in the usual spot he always keeps it in the living room.

Any normal and rational human would carry a firearm to the door when it’s being bombarded in the middle of the night, yet Lopez’s gun was found in the living room, not on his person as the police claim.

“Bullet holes suggest they shot through the door,” Murray Wells said. According to Wells, Lopez had lived in the neighborhood for 13 years and worked as an auto mechanic for the city of Bartlett, about 23 miles away.” The only time the police had ever been there was when they had been robbed,” he said.

The officer who murdered Ismael Lopez has been placed on administrative leave.

If the house address on the warrant ended in an odd number, let’s say, they still didn’t notice that the side of the street they were on was the even numbered side?! Doesn’t anyone even check to make sure they’re on the right side of the god damn street?! Anyone this fucking stupid has NO business carrying a firearm let alone making life or death decisions. This is beyond incomprehensible. The officers who fired their weapons should be criminally prosecuted and all of the others should be publicly flogged for gross incompetence.

Agents of the State waive their individual rights when they put on the uniform – rights accrue to individuals, not the State.
Summary execution in these cases is the only just punishment.

Hanging, or 2 in the back of the dome, are perfectly acceptable.

  • William the Resolute

This will continue to happen as long as the police hire affirmative action officers and take the DOJ money to militarize them.

    • NonYo Business

This will continue to happen until citizens get up off their knee’s.

      • Elaine.Benes, II

No GD doubt about it, friend.

  • rouge1

Oh the embarrassment. I guess when you are a cop and murder people on accident the only emotion you feel is embarrassment.

    • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

You’re being generous by according them any feelings whatsoever. F’n animals…

  • Roy Hobs

    UNBELIEVABLE!!! When will it stop!!!

    Dawn Luger = Jew Apologist.
Hey Dawn………………………………placing Jews in “Work Camps” was NO different than the US placing Japanese is containment camps. NO DIFFERENCE. Except maybe the NSDAP had a fairly good reason why they wanted Jews out of Germany.
JUDEA DECLARES WAR ON GERMANY. Jews drew first blood.

I swear people………if we don’t bring back the “Jewish Question” back into Public Discourse as in the days of Henry Ford and Charles Lindbergh, we will forever remain a slave to their system. Wake up Dawn Luger!

    • NonYo Business

I didn’t know that the Japanese prison camps were gassing their residents. The only similarity is that it was legal and innocent people died.

      • Jas

Doesn’t look like the NAZI’s were either

      • Roy Hobs

NonYo — I suspected you to be a fairly intelligent person. I have admired most of your comments.
Question — Why do you STILL believe in the lies of the holocaust — aka HoloFraud???
You seem “Red Pilled” but why haven’t you woken up to the lies of ww1, ww2 and the ‘Jewish Question’? Are you a Jew?

        • NonYo Business

Well thank you and I’ve heard about that from others but haven’t actually looked into it myself. Any good resources for me to check out?

          • Roy Hobs

Absolutely! is a great place to start.
Carolyn Yeager is a great resource for all things ww2 and the NSDAP.
Thanks for inquiring! I mean what I said — if we don’t bring back the Jewish Question into public discourse, as in the days of Henry Ford and Charles Lindbergh, we will forever be living this ‘living hell’.
Is it ALL Jews…………of course not. Is it ONLY Jews……….of course not. But the Jew is definitely the head of the snake — the head of the octopus.
I’d be happy to help in any way I can. Peace to you.

          • uhhuh

Thanks for the jan27 resource! Never read this one… wow!

NonYo Business has a great attitude that I wish more people would adopt and is willing to educate himself on this instead of pretending like he knows everything which so many people are guilty of these days.

Kudos to you, NonYo! You’ll go far in your understanding with an attitude like that! I know I’ll never stop learning and other people are usually the source of new info which is why I am always willing to listen and entertain other thoughts/ideas, even ones that I currently disagree with, which I revisit from time to time to see if I can learn anything new.

Couldn’t agree more! Well said. And thanks for pointing that out.

Evidence continues to mount that America’s militarized police are a threat to public safety. In a country where the cops increasingly look upon themselves as soldiers doing battle – day in,day out, there’s no need for public accountability or even an apology when things go wrong.
If community policing rests on mutual trust between the police and the people, militarized policing operates on the assumption of “officer safety” at all costs and contempt for anyone who sees things differently.

  • Uncle Sham

Cops’ side of the story is complete and utter bullshit lmao

  • James

Did He make a loud noise as well? Oh well his fault He was in sight of a American cop. & to own a dog. Man must be nuts to own one in America were they have cops. He was asking for it for sure. Did He have pajamas on as well?

  • SP_88

How far are we from the police committing the majority of murders of innocent people in America?
This is yet another senseless murder committed by the police that will be defended by the police department. And they will say and do everything they can to prevent the police officer from being held accountable for it. Apparently they have already made excuses for their gross incompetence by blaming the victim.
The problem with their story is that even if he was holding a gun, that’s no excuse for the police to shoot him. He was standing in the front door of his own home, he hadn’t committed any crime, and the police did not belong there.
The lawyer for the family said it best, “This is incredibly tragic and embarrassing that this police department cannot read house numbers.”
It goes without saying that the police should make damn sure that they are at the right address before discharging their weapon and taking a life. They should make sure that they are justified before shooting someone even if they are at the correct address. They should make sure that they have done everything possible to de-escalate the situation before they shoot someone. Obviously they don’t. They use deadly force as their first and last solution to way too many situations.
How much longer before we the people say enough is enough and really push back against this epidemic of police murders?
Where are all the rioters and protesters when there is a legitimately wrongful shooting by the police? They were quick to take to the streets and riot and set fires and throw rocks and beer bottles after a justified police shooting. Where are they when shit like this happens? Where are they when people would actually support them? Crickets.
It’s sad that they are only interested in inflaming racial tensions. They really aren’t interested in stopping this epidemic of police murder.
This can’t continue unabated for much longer.

It does appear hopeless doesn’t it. Especially with ignorant people like “NonYo Business”. The guy is obviously semi-Red Pilled, but yet he still swallows the Jew lie. Shameful really. No excuse.

The world and issues we are faced with are much bigger than your singular focus. This is a good example of how we are divided. Just because someone doesn’t accept a particular theory or point of view it would be foolish to let it divide us on the big issues–cutting our nose to spite our face.

I do not answer doors after dark and if anyone broke my door down, they would be shot. I would hope they would be smart enough to know where they were suppose to serve the warrant, but my home is my castle and I will defend it.

  • NonYo Business

Thank you for the vid, I’ll watch

  • LocalHero

If ANYONE has proven beyond a shadow-of-a-doubt that they cannot be trusted with firearms it is the police and military of every country on the face of the earth. I would support disarming the police and military while leaving citizens rights to own them untouched.

America is a huge prison camp and the god-damn mother-fucking pigs are just so many guerrilla warfare killers. This is why I am an advocate for anarchy. We should foment another “American Revolution” and kill as much of the “Establishment” as is necessary to fix America. “We the People” can do this if enough of us want to save our country. Every pig involved in this gross miscarriage should be sentenced to death. They all did it on purpose and anyone with a brain in their head knows this !!!

    • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

“Anarchists did not try to carry out genocide against the Armenians in Turkey; they did not deliberately starve millions of Ukrainians; they did not create a system of death camps to kill Jews, gypsies, and Slavs in Europe; they did not fire-bomb scores of large German and Japanese cities and drop nuclear bombs on two of them; they did not carry out a ‘Great Leap Forward’ that killed scores of millions of Chinese; they did not attempt to kill everybody with any appreciable education in Cambodia; they did not launch one aggressive war after another; they did not implement trade sanctions that killed perhaps 500,000 Iraqi children.
In debates between anarchists and statists, the burden of proof clearly should rest on those who place their trust in the state. Anarchy’s mayhem is wholly conjectural; the state’s mayhem is undeniably, factually horrendous.” ~ Robert Higgs

I wonder how much the IDF charge in fees for their services.
That and an admiration for their sales force.
Whatever. But I would prefer the company of Muslims, Mexicans, viruses and BBC bosses than the IDF or any of their psycho students any day.

Not to mention all of our politicians make their ‘pilgrimage’. Bow down to their masters and then visit a few brothels no less. I’m sure many a politician has a ‘secret’ photo reserved to make sure they keep the party line.

Bungling, lilly livered cowards killed another innocent human being again
