Broke? Need a ‘Job’? The Gov’t Will Pay You $7k a Month to Foster Illegal Immigrants

It’s getting progressively harder to find a good paying job these days in America — or a job at all. Just ask the 20% of American families where everyone is unemployed.

Well, if you need some extra cash, the government is currently offering up to $7,400 a month to foster illegal immigrants.

Today Breitbart reported that some of these migrants the U.S. government is paying American families to foster are even adults:

The Texas-based nonprofit Catholic Charities is currently seeking out foster families for the migrants, most of whom come from Central America. Ruth Braiser, a spokeswoman for the organization, told Breitbart Texas that foster families can receive monthly payments for housing adult immigrants who are under 23-years-old.

“Most of our children are 15 to 17-years-old,” she said. “But some stay in our program until they are 22-years-old; if they’re still working on getting their high school diploma, they can stay until they’re that age.”

The revelation that some of the migrants receiving foster care are adults will likely come as a surprise to many; the mainstream media has largely portrayed the border crisis as involving only children and family units.

Braiser mentioned that foster families will be paid $40 per day for each migrant they take in from Catholic Charities. The payments are funded by the federal government, as Breitbart Texas previously reported.

Because a foster family is allowed to keep and care for up to six individuals at any given time, the potential stands to make $7,400 a month — more than most Americans earn at their jobs these days, considering more than half of all U.S. wage earners make less than $30,000 a year.

Braiser told Breitbart that the illegal immigrants also receive, “taxpayer-subsidized education, health care, transportation, and an ‘allowance'”.

A posting for “Well-founded aid to unaccompanied minor immigrants” on the Catholic Charities website relays the program’s services in detail:

The program partners with foster families to provide a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive environment that equips and empowers them to reach their full potential. IFC provides services to meet the needs of each youth. These services include tutoring, mentoring, independent living skills training, cultural activities, legal assistance, mental health services, intensive case management and education/ESL classes.

Again, this is all magically funded by the federal government. We do have a “border crisis,” ya know. But don’t worry, it’s not as if this is all part of a dedicated, systematic Cloward-Piven strategy to topple the system or anything. So where’s all the money coming from? Eh, who cares…

If you need some cash or can’t find a job, take a cue from good ‘ol Uncle Sam and never let a good crisis go to waste.

Catholic Charities Fort Worth will be holding free informational sessions for becoming an illegal immigrant foster family on July 31st and August 14th.
