Danney Williams, son of Bobbie Ann Williams, continues to claim he is the biological son of former President Bill Clinton. His mother, a former prostitute, claims that Clinton had paid her for sex on multiple occasions, starting in 1984.
This story has surfaced and resurfaced multiple times since The Globe published it in 1992. In 1999, Star magazine conducted a paternity test using DNA samples of Danney and Bobbie Williams which seemed to vindicate Clinton when the analysis reportedly showed that Clinton could not be related to Danney. However, there are still questions about the accuracy of these tests.
Danney is absolutely convinced that Bill Clinton is his dad. In a 2013 interview with the Globe, he said that he just wants to meet his dad before he dies.
“I read he doesn’t have long to live and I want to meet him face to face before he dies,” Danney said. “I just want to shake his hand and say ‘Hi Dad’ before he dies.”
Not surprisingly, the Clinton campaign refuses to comment on these claims.
